Notice of extending product warranty time

Recently I learned that in Germany, a warranty of less than 24 months is not permitted by law. Therefore, in order to better reduce customer worries, we decided to extend the warranty time of our products to 24 months.

Motor, battery and controller, If there is any non-artificial quality problem within 6 month, we will send new ones together the next order. Within 6-24 months, part of the fee will be charged accordingly. For specific cost, you can contact us to discuss in detail.

In order to reduce the risk of after-sales and the cost of both parties as much as possible, each car will be inspected in detail by quality inspectors before leaving the factory, and there are at least 20 items inspections. From the data point of view, in the past three years, our exported electric motorcycles have no quality problems, which also shows that the quality of our products and our supply chain is very reliable.
